Australian Gastroenterology Week 2014

We invite you to join us for Australian Gastroenterology Week to be held at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre from October 22 to 24.

We also welcome GENCA to the meeting. They will have a major presence with concurrent sessions and a workshop spanning the whole four days.

AGW is the only forum in Australia where all clinicians and scientists engaged in gastroenterology and hepatology can meet, learn and share ideas. International world leaders in inflammatory bowel disease, endoscopy and hepatology will also enrich the meeting.

This is an exciting time in clinical gastroenterology, especially in the areas of viral hepatitis, inflammatory bowel disease, and therapeutic endoscopy. Therefore, the meeting will focus on clinical gastroenterology with many symposia on clinical practice and full day session dedicated as a “clinical track”.

The meeting will continue to showcase Australian research with 12 sessions dedicated to presentation of new data as well as a vibrant poster session designed to stimulate discussion.

There will be many opportunities to socialise at AGW, with activities including the President’s Reception on Wednesday evening.

The Gold Coast is one of Australia’s most vibrant exciting centres and we are confident that it will attract a strong participation of clinicians and scientists.
