Asia Pacific Cardiorenal Forum 2015

On behalf of the organising committee, we would like to extend an invitation to all interested clinicians and researchers to join us for the first Asia Pacific Cardiorenal Forum, being held in Sydney on 8th-9th May, 2015.

The relationship between cardiovascular and kidney diseases has become clearer over recent years, with each increasing the risk and severity of the other, a number of shared risk factors, and overlapping but often, distinct approaches to prevention and management.

The Asia Pacific Cardiorenal Forum will explore these issues, with stimulating presentations from leading local and international speakers. The Forum aims to improve our understanding of key issues relevant to cardiovascular and kidney disease, and their inter-relationship. With a strong practical focus, we expect the Forum to be particularly valuable for practicing cardiologists, nephrologists, endocrinologists, neurologists, general physicians and general practitioners, along with interested nursing and allied health practitioners. In addition, the Forum will provide a broad update on recent developments in a range of relevant areas that will be of great interest to researchers, and will provide opportunities for all of these groups to mix and network.
